First, we have an ice-breaking meeting with the client which helps us with the expectation mapping. Next, we define the brief and scope of the project. Once finalized, a dedicated point of contact is assigned right from project initiation to project completion. We deploy the right creative resources as per the project requirements and make sure that we solve the purpose.

We divide the projects into ad-hoc (one time) and retainers (monthly requirements). Any given creative project usually requires a 15-30 working days timeframe, depending upon the firm size, scope, and magnitude of the project
